MAB wins Abertoir Short Film Prize
Mab, short horror film directed by Katie Bonham in which I play the role of a witch called... Mab, has won The Abertoir Short Film Prize, the International Horror Festival of Wales. The film also won the prestigious Meliès d'Argent award as part of the European Fantastic Film Festivals Federation. The winner of the Short Film Méliès d'Argent will go forward to the final lineup at one of the major European festivals for the prestigious Méliès d'Or Award for the Best European Fantastic Short Film. Mab is a magical realism short that uncovers the sacrifices people make to take control of their lives and the evil that lurks in the darkness of desperation.
